Circuit training is one of the best ways to target core muscles, strength train and burn calories fast! The AquaFit System has four circuit stations to choose from that provide a space for a variety of exercises. See the videos below for direction on how to perform key exercises.
This station, located in the center of the swim lane, utilizes powerful swim jets to provide resistance training. Use this area to walk, jog, swim, kick, squat and lunge for a leg and core workout.
The sidebars on either side of the tub are great tools to help increase stability and balance. Use resistance bands for additional exercises that target your core
In this station, use the flow bar and resistance bands for upper body strength training. Also use it for stability during swim kicks.
Use row bars to work biceps, triceps and pectorals from a sitting position and work the upper back and legs from a standing position. Attach D-handle resistance bands for additional strength training.
